Everything was second to none, I recommend. The hotel was spacious, and the meals were outstanding, I truly enjoyed the good location just next door to restaurant for evening food and the centre. The breakfast was warm with a wide array of options in the bar.

Pleasant hotel, the best 4 stars experience compared to other options. Fashionable and neat units with tv & nothing else. Central heating, an iron and a work desk in the room. The pool area was nice too.

The room was new-fashioned with a writing table and a carpet.
Warm and gorgeous selection for breakfast with hash brown, yogurt plus fresh fruit available...

The hotel had a fantastic location, perfect for exploring Edinburgh with my hubby. We loved the family-friendly atmosphere. The staff were amazing and attentive. The swimming pool was always a hit with the kids, giving us some quality family time together.
For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly meal options in the dining area.

Great pool and spa, comfy room with an amazing bed, easy bus access to the city center, and Starbucks on-site!

missingWrote a review on 14 Septpoor breakfast
Upon arrival, I noticed the housekeeping left a lot to be desired-previous guests' hair in the bathroom and a dirty shower tray caught my eye immediately. The breakfast setup felt underwhelming, lacking fresh options and leaving out anything appetizing. The gym and pool are open to the public, feel busier than you'd want just for a guest experience.

comfortable stay with room for improvement
The location was ideal for exploring the city with easy access to local attractions. The facilities, including the gym and pool, provided a great way for our family to unwind together. The room was clean and appeared as advertised online, a relief for our stay.
The lack of wardrobe space made it difficult to store our belongings.

Perfect family getaway
Had a blast! The room was super spacious for the fam, and the staff were super nice, always smiling. Breakfast? Yum! The bar had some cool deals too, but the kids found it a bit loud in the evening. Still, totally worth it for the memories made.

disappointed but hopeful for improvements
The hotel staff were courteous and tried to assist us during the mix-up. The alternative arrangement, albeit frustrating, showed an effort to secure accommodation shortly after ours was canceled.
The reservation cancellation was handled poorly, causing unnecessary stress .
